Exceptionally comfortable beds. Really kind staff all over the place. Great selection of fine options for a meal. Absolutely perfect and great location, easy walk to everywhere.

Clean place accompanied by competent and amiable staff. Central heating, an electronic key card, and a flat screen cable TV in the room and the comfy bed. Big size bathroom and a bathtub with good sewerage. Unbeatable and good location, family environment. Really comfortable stay, as always.

The location is fantastic, right next to the central square and close to the highest mountain in Latvia, with a street market and the city center within reach.

There are many food choices available and the room has a large carpeted space; also, the location is close to a street market, a local shop, and the highest peak in Latvia.

Large Free Parking Lot: As I pulled up to the hotel, I was relieved to see the ample parking space available right in front of the property. It felt like finding a prime parking spot in a crowded city, except here, I had the luxury of knowing my car was in a safe and convenient location.

Small Bathroom Mirror: The only minor issue I encountered during my stay was a slight inconvenience with the bathroom mirror. Although perfectly functional, I couldn't help but wish for a slightly larger mirror that would have made getting ready in the morning a tad easier.

The location was fantastic! We were in the middle of everything, which made it easy to explore the town and find great places to eat. Our room was very comfortable and came with extra pillows and blankets in the closet, which was a nice touch. the breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of hot and cold options to choose from. the 24-hour coffee and tea availability was also a great bonus.

There was no air conditioning in our room, and it did get a bit stuffy at times, even with the windows open. the towels felt old and scratchy, which was a bit disappointing.

The family room at this hotel was really spacious, with extra pillows and blankets available in the closet. The breakfast offered a wide range of both hot and cold foods, satisfying all preferences. The staff at this hotel were very nice and supportive, ensuring a pleasant stay.

It would be even better if the hotel had air conditioning in the rooms.

As young people, we absolutely loved the warm and welcoming staff who were available 24/7 and went above and beyond to assist us. They made our stay incredibly enjoyable and provided excellent service.

The lack of air conditioning made the room a little too warm for comfort at times. , we were woken up early on Saturday morning by some outside noise from the nearby market.
